What are service level subscriptions?
This is an amazing feature we offer on ALL plans. No need to upgrade to a higher level plan to utilize this functionality. How it works? Users can subscribe to notifications for the Services they are interested in so they only receive alerts for things that are important to them. Learn more about notifications here.
Is there an additional cost for notifications?
All SMS, email, and webhook notifications are included in the base price on all of our packages.
Do you offer enterprise pricing?
We offer customized plans for enterprise level companies that require more than our base package and even extra customization. Please contact us for more information.
What is a subscriber?
Refers to the total number of subscriptions to SMS + email notifications.
What is a team member?
People that will have access to an admin level account with the ability to change status, create & manage incidents and scheduled maintenance events among other things.
